today ewie discovered he could take his shirt off AND his diaper...and then discovered he could not get them back on...enter me...diaper on and strip bean bag of wet cover...
cam discovered he just might like the jelly-filled "timbits" the most...thanks to cousin caitlin...
i discovered many things...i discovered i am very tolerant to a certain point...i have reached my point...the chaos of remodeling will be over next week and i will look back and laugh...maybe...i just want all of my "things" to be in the same place they have always been...so thankful grandma and grandpa showed up today when they did!
i discovered cam knows, as i knew...grandparents are gifts...you never know how long you have them, but just enjoy every single moment...he's two and he knows this...maybe i knew it at two with grandma dora...but i for sure knew it growing up and took every opportunity i could, once i was in college to spend time with her...cam is my old soul...sweet and gentle, as he slides in beside ewie to see what he is doing, with a pat on the back...but he is not a pushover, because he wants what he wants!
i discovered ewie, despite his rough and tough exterior, needs told everyone loves him...he does not need to copy cam...we all love him for who he is...he and cam are so different...cam slides right into your arms saying everything you want him to say and doing everything you want him to do...ewie is just in his own world struggling to fit in...but he has a smile that lights up a room...such passion, energy and intensity...he likes the same thing everytime...we read "little boy" every day (compliments of the heiby's of st. clairsville)...we are so fortunate to have each of these boyz and i thank God everyday (and mom and grandma dora!)
